A structured methodology, from first idea to final handover
Our methodology links design, coordination and execution into a single continuous process, with no grey areas between stages.
You sign off on every stage of the process and no decision is made without your approval. This structure allows us to run complex projects involving many different parties, while keeping the original vision intact throughout.
Step 1 – Discovery, vision and concept
It starts with an in-depth meeting where we assess your property, identify its potential, and take the time to understand how you live, your habits, your needs and what you’re hoping to achieve.
From there, we develop a complete creative direction that typically includes:
- mood boards,
- layout plans,
- elevations,
- photorealistic visualisations,
- material, finish and colour selections.
Before any work begins, you have a clear, precise picture of the final result.
Step 2 – Technical development, selection and coordination
Once the concept is approved, we develop the full technical file needed to deliver it.
This stage typically includes:
- final selection of materials and finishes;
- design of custom joinery;
- selection of furniture, lighting, finishes and decoration;
- detailed execution drawings;
- coordination of orders and production timelines.
Custom-built elements (dressing rooms, bookcases, kitchens, bathrooms and other joinery work) are drawn up in precise execution plans before anything goes into production.
Step 3 – Execution and site supervision
Throughout the works, our studio coordinates contractors, controls the quality of execution and supervises the site on a regular basis.
Frequent site visits confirm that every detail is being built to the approved plans and the expected standard.
No significant decision is left to individual trades without prior sign-off.
At the end of the works, we carry out final checks before handing over an interior that is fully finished and ready to live in.
